Financial Accountability

sYour seed-gifts are being used with enormous care, prudence, and watchfulness for the single-minded purpose of fulfilling our Lord’s command to “go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature, heal and deliver” Isaiah 61

Because of my fear of offending my precious Lord or bringing shame to His name, we choose to be accountable to you and honor the trust you’ve placed in this ministry I insist that we go far beyond what is required to ensure that our ministry’s finances are above reproach.

The harvest is much but we need resources to reach them. We must win lost souls, care for those in need, and make disciples of all nations through every door that God opens to us.

Compliance and Good Governance         

 “render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s” (Matthew 22:21)

We submit to the authorities as the Lord has instructed; each year we submit all legal filings to the appropriate governmental authorities, ensuring that our ministry complies with both the spirit and the letter of the law in relation to all government agencies that have the authority to regulate church and ministry organizations. (along with many other Faith-based ministries, charities, and other exempt organizations) We cooperate with the Internal Revenue Service, concerning our activities, expenditures, and governance.

Furthermore, we remain classified as a church within the meaning of IRC section 170(b)(1)(A)(i) and 509(a)(1).”  financial seal This “no change” declaration by the very branch of the federal government dedicated to the oversight of tax-exempt organizations was an affirmation of our ongoing commitment to compliance with the federal tax laws.  World Evangelism & Outreach Ministries has a fully functional and independent Board of Directors that governs the financial and operational affairs of the ministry. Its members include pastors and business leaders from around the country.

Board of Directors are elected by the prophetic instruction of the Lord. Although the day-to-day operations are carried out by the leaders and volunteers of the ministry, the Board is responsible for setting overall ministry policies as well as establishing fiduciary checks and balances.

Being commissioned to preach the life-saving and miracle-working Gospel of Jesus Christ, we are also called to be good, wise, and faithful stewards of the seeds you plant into this ministry:

“Moreover, it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful” (1 Corinthians 4:2)

Considering the worldwide impact of our ministry, our administrative costs are exceptionally low compared to those of most organizations and corporations.

This is because of our commitment and accountability to you, our partner, in making sure we use wise stewardship with every seed you plant into the fertile soil of this ministry. This promise we hold on to and will fulfill by the power and help of our Lord Jesus Christ whom we all serve faithfully.
